1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and ICT Websites LLC dba Meet Bulldog / Bulldog Marketing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of meetbulldog.com and the purchase or deployment of our digital marketing, paid advertising management, local SEO, custom web funnels, and CRM automation services.

By accessing our website, submitting an onboarding profile, scheduling a consultation, or purchasing any service package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Strict Month-to-Month Terms & Cancellation Policy

Zero Long-Term Lock-in: We operate on a strict month-to-month delivery model. We do not require 6-month or 12-month lock-in contracts.

Ongoing Retainer: Following the First Month discounted setup ($3,000), recurring monthly agency management continues on a 30-day month-to-month retainer unless paused or cancelled by the Client.

Cancel Anytime: You may cancel or pause your service at any time with a simple written notice (email to [email protected]) prior to your next billing renewal date. There are zero cancellation penalties or termination fees.

4. 5-Day Launch Guarantee & Ad Spend Disclosure

5-Day Launch Guarantee: From the date we receive complete onboarding intake information and necessary account access (Google Ads / GBP / CRM permissions), we guarantee to have your keyword matrix, landing page, and CRM triggers built and ready for launch within 5 business days.

Direct Ad Spend:All advertising budgets (paid directly to Google Ads or Meta Ads platforms) are separate from our agency management fee and are billed directly by the ad platforms to the Client's payment method on file.

5. Client Responsibilities & Territory Exclusivity

To ensure maximum campaign performance, Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business details, license/insurance information, and prompt responses during onboarding.
• Maintain operational readiness to answer incoming homeowner phone calls and qualify leads forwarded by our automated SMS system.
• Grant necessary administrative or partner access to advertising and analytics accounts.

Territory Protection: Meet Bulldog respects local service radiuses. We will not run competing campaigns for directly conflicting local contractors in the exact same trade and zip code cluster.

6. Intellectual Property & Asset Ownership

Client Asset Ownership: Any ad accounts, domain registrations, brand assets, and customer lists established for your business remain your sole property.

Proprietary Methodology: Meet Bulldog retains all rights to its proprietary software architectures, automated prompt frameworks, custom AI agents, and negative keyword matrices developed independently by Company.

7. Performance Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While our documented historical benchmarks show $0.91 average CPC and 5x weekly growth for verified client case studies, digital marketing performance depends on market demand, seasonal factors, pricing competitiveness, and your internal sales follow-through. We do not guarantee specific monetary outcomes or earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICT Websites LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Governing Law & Legal Notices

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
